No admission will be charged to enter the theme park. Visitors will enter Buena Vista Street to the right of the Disney California Adventure entrance. The exit is on the opposite end of the turnstiles. When Buena Vista Street reaches capacity, guests will join a mobile wait list.
No advanced dining reservations can be made. At Carthay Circle Lounge, guests will be seated on a first come, first served system. Once the restaurant reaches capacity, guests will be able to join a virtual waitlist. Quick service locations Smokejumpers Grill and Award Wieners will utilize mobile ordering via the Disneyland app. Schmoozies smoothie stand, Clarabelle’s Hand-Scooped Ice Cream, and Mortimer’s Market will remain closed. Vending carts will sell park treats like popcorn, churros, cotton candy, ice cream, hot dogs, turkey legs, candy and drinks.
More new tables have been placed near Soarin’ Around the World for those dining at Smokejumpers Grill.
At the wait times board, every attraction is listed as “Temporarily Closed. Check Back Later.” Naturally, the attractions will not open until Disneyland Resort fully reopens.
Just south of Carthay Circle, Disney has added more guest seating in the area by Grizzly Peak.
New Christmas-themed standing tables have been added as well. A face covering sign is never far away.
According to The Orange County Register, guests will enter the shopping area through Elysian Arcade. Some retail shops will remain closed. Oswald’s, Gone Hollywood, and Off the Page will not open.
Health and safety reminders are placed along Buena Vista Street.
The Red Car Trolley has been decorated for Christmas, and will be available as a photo op on Hollywood Boulevard in Hollywood Land. It seems there are ropes set up behind it, capping off the very end of Hollywood Land to keep guests from heading further into the park… or catching a glimpse of the up-and-coming Avengers Campus.
