Christmas has come to Coronado! One month after reopening to guests, Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort is ready to celebrate the holidays! The Walt Disney World Resort hotel is now welcoming holiday travelers with many festive touches.
As we approach Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort, we see that the Gran Destino Tower is bathed in red and green lights.
Lighted garlands hang from the resort entrance’s covered walkway.
Lighted wreaths are hung just inside the door.
Twin Christmas trees stand on both sides of an exit door.
Stepping outside along Lago Dorado, we see that both sides of Gran Destino Tower are lighted for the holidays.
The second floor features numerous Christmas trees and more red and green lighting.
The second floor provides a great view of the resort’s towering main tree.
Nearly every seating area features trees and holiday lighting.
The main Christmas tree is proudly displayed in one of the resort’s large windows.
What a great place to sit and take in the holiday splendor!

Grand Floridian always has my favorite….I just got home from there on the 19th. While there is no gingerbread house display there this year, there is a small gingerbread house model displayed under plexiglass in the Villas lobby, near one of the doors of the lobby (not the main entry). GF is my fave, but I enjoy seeing all of the various resorts’ decor for the holidays.
