TUMI, a luxury luggage and accessories store, has closed its Disney Springs location permanently.
TUMI had reopened in May following a several-week closure but closed again in June. According to the Disney Springs website, TUMI is “temporarily unavailable” but it is no longer listed on TUMI.com’s store finder.
TUMI is not the first location to permanently close this year amidst the COVID-19 pandemic. Wolfgang Puck Express closed last month and Lucky Brand closed a week ago.
In spite of financial difficulties this year, Disney Springs is getting at least two new vendors. Everglazed Donuts will be opening soon and is now hiring, and Gideon’s Bakehouse is currently under construction.
Eh, I’m a Travelpro fan anyway. No big loss as far as I’m concerned.
