Disney’s All-Star Movies Resort has had its reopening delayed, now set to reopen on March 22 at Walt Disney World.
Previously, the resort had set a February 9 reopening date as of October. Guests with affected reservations will receive assistance to modify or reschedule as needed.
Dates have been added to Disney’s “Know Before You Go” page to reflect the upcoming reopenings. Movies would be the first of the All-Star value resorts to reopen since the COVID-19 closure. At this time, the following resorts are still scheduled for an upcoming reopening on the listed dates:
- Disney’s All-Star Movies Resort – March 22
- Disney’s Beach Club Resort – May 30
- Disney’s Wilderness Lodge – June 6
- Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort – Summer 2021
Reopening dates for the following resorts have yet to be announced:
- Disney’s All-Stars Resorts – Music and Sports
- Disney’s Port Orleans Resort – French Quarter and Riverside
- Disney’s Animal Kingdom Lodge (non-DVC)

Did I miss it? Does boardwalk have a reopening date ?
No you didn’t miss anything. BWI still has no reopening in sight.
I had a Feb reservation for All-Star any idea what happens for those of us who had reservations already?
We have reservations at POFQ in August and im really stressing now! 😬
I wonder if the reason Disney is pushing back the reopening is because not enough people have booked. I am skipping the coming year to avoid all the hassles and risks of the pandemic. Hopefully, by the year after ie 2022 we can forget all this unpleasantness and have life back to normal.
