Disney’s Beach Club Resort, which was originally scheduled to fully reopen on August 29, 2020, will now be reopening on May 30, 2021. Guests can begin booking their stay today.
The Beach Club Villas have been open for Disney Vacation Club members, and you can check out our tour of a deluxe studio villa room from July. Beach Club Marketplace also underwent a refurbishment while the resort was closed.

So they are now finalizing their planning through the spring. I’d wait another couple weeks for potential announcements, but if Boardwalk/Animal Kingdom Lodge/2 All-Star Resorts and Port Orleans still closed through at least early June, it doesn’t sound like Disney expects to be near 100% by the spring.
I’m not going as long as there is a mask requirement.
