A team of construction workers was busy installing more sections of the TRON: Lightcycle / Run illuminated canopy today. The construction site was a hive of activity this morning. Workers used construction lifts to reach high areas. Some welders were atop concrete supports. Let’s take a look at the work being done on the upcoming Magic Kingdom attraction.
Approaching the massive structure, we see multiple green construction lifts.
A mobile construction crane was in position to raise a section of the canopy.
A large, red construction crane is still on site. At the photo’s center, we can see a worker near a concrete support.
Workers use two lifts in close proximity. The orange material covers the ride’s track to minimize the chance of damage.
The construction worker is wearing a welder mask.
The lifts appear to become part of the structure.
The crane is moving into place, preparing to lift the white canopy section.
Although scaffolding is still in place, the show building paneling appears to be complete. Note that the welder has exited the lift. He is now perched atop the concrete support.
A construction worker works where two white supports converge.
Two construction workers partner to work near the supports.

Noticed a guest with no mask holding a cup of coffee in one of the pictures.
Good eye. In another pic you can see his back and it looks like he has a mask on so hopefully he put the mask back on after his Starbucks break.
