PHOTOS: Workers Spotted on Tomorrowland Transit Authority PeopleMover Track at the Magic Kingdom

All signs point to the Tomorrowland Transit Authority PeopleMover getting even closer to reopening at the Magic Kingdom.

While we were walking by, we spotted workers on the tracks above the former site of Stitch’s Great Escape.

They weren’t wearing any descriptive uniforms, making it unlikely they were Cast Members.

Meanwhile, over at Rocket Tower Plaza, we found another worker, though they were hard to see behind the railing.

The PeopleMover has gotten some serious attention in recent weeks. The final pair of support columns have been repainted to match the color scheme around Tomorrowland, while full trains have been spotted on the track. If they’re in fact working on the attraction, it could mean that things may be ready to go in time for its planned reopening for the first time since March on Saturday, January 9th.
