Guests at Walt Disney World Resort hotels will have a tasty way to ring in 2021. Hotel quick-service locations will offer a special sparkling wine and chocolate truffles package for New Year’s Eve.
The package comes with a pair of truffles from The Ganachery at Disney Springs, decorated to look like Mickey and Minnie Mouse in a Cinderella-themed box. (After all, who else would you want to be with at midnight?). Also included is a “split” (meaning a small bottle) of sparkling wine, which varies depending on what type of resort you visit.
Guests at Value Resorts will receive a bottle of Ruffino Prosecco D.O.C. According to Disney, the wine has a “fragrant bouquet bursting with aromas of apples, pears and citrus. Crisp, clean and delicate with fine bubbles on the palate, and intense flavors of apples and peaches.” This package retails for $15.00, and can be found at Everything POP Shopping & Dining at Disney’s Pop Century Resort as well as Landscape of Flavors in Disney’s Art of Animation Resort.
Over at Moderate and Deluxe Resorts, the package comes with a bottle of François Montand Blanc de Blancs Brut. Disney’s tasting notes say it has “aromas of white flowers and citrus fruit give way to a creamy and smooth palate with flavors of freshly baked bread, golden delicious apples, and Meyer lemons.” This package sells for $17.00, and can be found at:
