The loading area does have dividers between each row, and the queue is still physically distanced.

Previously, only one party would be in each car. Now up to two parties can share a car.

Test Track cars seat up to six individuals, so two parties of three could end up in one car.

  1. This is just amazing. Does Covid 19 just disappear once you get on the ride? As much as I want a holiday in America /Canada at the moment, we cannot due to the international borders being shut.

      • 500,000 dead – life expectancy decreases for first time in forever (or something like that) due to excess deaths due to Covid. People who have lost loved ones to this disease have a hard time hearing that this is overblown.

        • I understand that and sympathize, but with a 98-99% survival rate, yes, the main stream media has overblown things and caused disasterous effects on the economy.

    • Absolutely. If you want to avoid covid and a really that concerned about it, especially is it is diminishing rapidly by the day, don’t go to Disney World. Or actually anywhere at all

      • The doomers are going to freak out when they see the COVID-19 liability waiver in the Disney Park Pass terms..

  2. Yay!!! Thank you Disney for resisting the urge to implement more just-for-appearances plexiglass. Plexiglass doesn’t increase safety and ruins ride experiences. I’m not going back to Disney until it disappears from more rides. Now that people most at risk can get vaccines, and vaccines will expand further, please eliminate plexiglass!

  3. These COVID restrictions are getting more, and more complicated to follow as the pandemic goes on, and the plexiglass will get claustrophobic for some people. I’m not going to Walt Disney World until the COVID restrictions are gone, Disney removes the park reservation system, brings back entertainment, and the list goes on.

    • The Park reservation system will probably be the very last thing to go as it ensures that guests on existing tickets have agreed to the COVID-19 liability waiver.

  4. I don’t feel safe going to WDW anymore now that they don’t allow for distance on the rides. When they first reopened I felt very safe with the safety measures Disney took. Now that they are packing people in on the rides, I feel like Disney doesn’t care about the safety of the guests.

  5. That’s wonderful news, let’s start acting like human beings again! Next step, goodbye Masks!!!

  6. It’s fine. Everyone is wearing masks. The chanced of COVID transmitting between the seats and masks are nearly zero.

    • The thing is, not everyone are wearing masks. I see people all the time taking masks off on rides and walking around in crowds with masks pulled down. Last time I was there, we didn’t ride Flight of Passage because they wanted to seat us right next to other parties with no empty seat between groups. The cast member on the ride advised us there is no more social distancing on that attraction. I don’t know why they even bother with distance markers in the line anymore since they don’t allow for any distance on the rides anymore…

      • This must be a daily thing because I was at ak Feb 2nd and had heard about them not separating seats but they sure did that day. It was a very light day I’m assuming that’s why because they were easily able to and wait time was 10 mins.

  7. I have been back to disney twice since reopening. there saftey measure are over the top!! everyone has a mask on, plexiglass, and social distancing stickers everywhere. no reason not to increase ride capacity. if you are so concerned about dianey being a super spreader stay home. I honestly feel safer in disney world then at home in ny

  8. I was just on test track yesterday as well and they were not boarding separate parties together this was approximately around 640pm. At that time as they did the day before on the 22nd of Feb we were still being separated from other parties.

  9. Great. Get rid of all restrictions, masks, distancing. For a virus with a 99.9% survivability rate the left has destroyed our country.

  10. If you can fly on a full plane for 2 hours and they are letting you take off your mask to eat and drink while sitting on top of people you don’t know, you will be ok on a 3 minute ride with a mask on.
