*NEW* Moqueca de Camarao: Shrimp coconut cream stew with white rice and sweet potato curls – $5.49

We thought the Moqueca was average.

The shrimp and rice were bland without the creamy coconut cream sauce. The crunchy potatoes on top were a nice touch and we enjoyed the extra little crunch they added to the dish. Overall it wasn’t that special of a dish.

*NEW* Stuffed Coxinha: Crispy pulled chicken tear drop fritters – $5.49

These deep fried bites come in a cone and are topped with the Brazilian flag.

There were 4 fritters.

It was a nice little snack, but it’s not going to fill you up. The chicken was pretty bland. They were pretty average and we wouldn’t order these again.

*NEW* Brigadeiros: Brazilian classic with condensed milk, cocoa powder, chocolate sprinkles, and toasted peanuts – $4.49

These delightful desserts come with three different toppings: Mardi Gras sprinkles, chocolate sprinkles, or peanuts.

The inside of the Brigadeiros are all chocolate flavored.

The Brigadeiros were surprisingly good. They’re super fudgy and chocolatey and almost like a brownie or cake pop. They’re very rich, so you don’t need to eat too many which makes this a good size for sharing. The sprinkled ones were our favorite. If you must get something from Brazil, this is the item we would suggest.

*NEW* Pineapple Caipirinha Punch: 9oz. Cachaça and pineapple flavors – $7.00

This was our least favorite of the three alcoholic drink offerings. It tasted like drinking straight pineapple juice. None of the caipirinhas had much alcohol in them, so this would only suite you if you were a giant pineapple juice fan.

*NEW* Strawberry Caipirinha Punch: 9oz. Cachaça and strawberry flavors – $7.00

The strawberry caipirinha is sweet and would be our second choice of the three.

*NEW* Mixed Caipirinha: 9oz. blend of pineapple and strawberry caipirinha – $7.00

The flavors balance each other perfectly in the strawberry pineapple caipirinhas, and is the best of the three. Keep in mind that the caipirinhas have hardly any alcohol to them, and all three of the options just tasted like juice. They’re delicious but don’t expect to get a buzz.

  1. So Sorry, but that is not an authentic brigadeiro. They are more creamy than that… You should come to Brasil to taste ALL of those!
