PHOTO REPORT: EPCOT 3/5/21 (Harmonious Ring Arms Testing, Flower Wall Photo Op Removed, New Raya Children’s Costume, and More)

Hello from a beautiful day here at EPCOT! We were thankful for a perfect park day weather-wise and took advantage of it to find all the latest news for you. Let’s get started!

As we entered the park, we took a moment to admire the column decorations near the ticketing windows for the 2021 Taste of EPCOT International Flower & Garden Festival. We’ve been so eager to get into the Festival the last two days that we haven’t had the chance to look at these until now.

Inside the park at the construction site in Innoventions East, large fabric tarps have been hung over the glass in one section. This has been a very active construction site, especially recently.

We found construction workers cleaning a fresh concrete job in the France Pavilion this morning. The benches have been removed and new concrete had been put down around the cobblestone in this area.

Two of the arms attached to the Harmonious center ring were raised today, and then one of them was put through a series of swift motions. For more pictures and information, including a video of the motion test, check out our article here.

The beautiful flower wall photo opportunity we found yesterday in World Showplace for the International Flower & Garden Festival was missing today. We were hoping to find it in a different location around the park, but we were disappointed. We hope it returns soon!

Speaking of photo opportunities, the popular Figment wall art got a Flower & Garden glow-up last night. Little flowers were added to each side of the wings and horns already in place.

Today was the start of the local artists concert series at the Flower & Garden Festival, and Epic Live! was the first artist to take to the American Gardens Theater stage.

We found new drinks at Traveler’s Cafe under the heading “Shake Things Up a Little”. Some of these drinks have been available on the regular menu for some time but seem to be featured here, like the Kiwi Starfruit Refresher.

We found two new magnets at Mouse Gear celebrating in celebration of Easter today. Both retail for $14.99 each.

We found a new Raya and the Last Dragon Raya children’s costume today, plus boots to go along with it! The costume had so many pieces, and the attention to detail was definitely noticed. For more pictures and information, check out our article here.

We had a great day at EPCOT, and we hope you enjoyed coming along with us. Have a magical day!
