Preparation has begun for “A Touch of Disney”, the ticketed event coming to Disney California Adventure this month. Though no attractions will be open, guests will be able to experience exclusive shopping and dining experiences throughout the otherwise shuttered park.
There are already some banners hanging on lampposts throughout Buena Vista Street. We also spotted these two covered structures.
It’s possible these will be merchandise displays.
On route to Pixar Pier, we saw Cast Members preparing this kiosk and a merchandise cart in the distance. We already saw the Craft Brews kiosk, covered in “A Touch of Disney” signs, last week.
A block next to the merchandise cart has the Mickey Mouse logo for the event as well.
No merchandise was on the cart yet.
“A Touch of Disney” begins March 18 and tickets have been made available through April 19, but are currently sold out. Did you snag tickets to the event? Let us know in the comments.
SUPER EXCITED. We got our tickets for April 10th. Hoping they give more info as to parking info. They said Mickey structure to open at 11:30am but the event starts at 12pm so doesn’t give us much time to get there if we have to walk a long way plus traffic is going to be crazy. Also, I wonder and hope they will add extra attractions after April 1st since they have the official OK to reopen. At least a parade or something of the sort would be AMAZING. Thanks for the info.
April 1! That would be awesome if they add more features now that they can
Got ours for April 10th! Grabbed lunch and dinner reservations too. One step closer….
We got our tickets for March 18th. So excited can’t wait.
