CONCEPT ART: First Look Inside the Table Service Restaurant & Dinner Show at the Star Wars Galactic Starcruiser Hotel

The Art of Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge coffee table book was released this week, and it is chock-full of the art that led to the creation of Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge. We recently revealed the concept art of the female Captain Rex droid that will be piloting the transport between the Star Wars: Galactic Starcruiser hotel and Galaxy’s Edge, but now we have a look at the upcoming hotel’s sit-down restaurant.

This image is captioned “Cruiser Restaurant Interior, V01: Church, Lim, Chiang” in The Art of Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge, letting us know this concept art is for the upcoming hotel’s restaurant, which will feature entertainment for Guests. Star Wars: Galactic Starcruiser is set to be a “luxury experience” that will a dinner show of sorts.

The table service restaurant will be on the main level where Guests enter the hotel, along with some guest rooms, the dojo, a courtyard, a brig, the engineering room, and some restrooms. On other floors, there are other dining options, such as the Silver C Lounge, seen below:

Star Wars: Galactic Starcruiser was originally announced to open in 2021, but Disney has not released any updates on the opening as of late.

  1. For the rumored cost to the consumer and the fact that none of this looks like anything found in Star Wars makes it an easy pass for me.

  2. I’m wondering if people not staying at the hotel will be able to visit the restaurant.
