Disneyland Paris Hosting “29 Years of Dreams” Virtual Celebration for Anniversary with Imagineers, Resort Executives, and More

Though Disneyland Paris has no current reopening date, the Disneyland Paris Ambassador is inviting guests to an exclusive, virtual celebration on April 12, 2021, to look back on 29 years of the Resort and to celebrate what lies ahead.

Outlined on Instagram, highlights of the celebration will include a “Walk the Park” to discover the history of the Resort with Yves Benyeta from Walt Disney Imagineering and Catherine Chevreux, Manager of Consumer Insight.

These two have been with the team since before the opening of Disneyland Paris in 1992 and will take viewers back to the early days, when the Resort first brought the magic of Disney Parks to Europe.

Guests are also invited to join a look into the future of the Resort with Imagineer Beth Clapperton and David Duffy, Vice President of Entertainment. Some upcoming projects for Disneyland Paris include Disney Hotel New York — The Art of Marvel, the Iron Man Roller Coaster, and WEB SLINGERS: A Spider-Man Adventure at Avengers Campus. Additional topics during the event will cover the ongoing commitment of Disney VoluntEARS and previews of new merchandise.
