PHOTOS: Painting Continues at Casey Jr. Splash ‘N’ Soak Station for 50th Anniversary of Magic Kingdom

The Casey Jr. Splash ‘N’ Soak Station at Magic Kingdom is in the middle of a repainting just in time for the 50th Anniversary of Walt Disney World. We checked in and found that the giraffe vignette and the cream-colored train car are looking bright and cheerful with new coats of paint.

The green car itself has not been repainted yet, but the portrait of the two giraffes is looking brand new.

The new paint makes the motif dazzling and refreshed!

However, on this side of the car, the vignette really and detail work has been touched up.

The details of the brush strokes are impeccable.

The cream colored car that houses elephants has also been touched up.

The cream contrasts the refreshed blue paint and bronze detailing.

Even the 71, an homage to the park’s opening date, is bright red and newly painted.

  1. Glad to see this happening! The last time we were there, back in 2017, it was looking pretty tired and in need of a refresh. I doubt it got better by itself!
