Hello from a hot but lovely day here at the Magic Kingdom! We came to the park to see what new things we could find to show you today, and we found plenty of updates, especially to do with construction. Let’s get started!

When we arrived at the Transportation and Ticket Center, we found two new section of supports had been painted blue. About three quarters of the supports have now been painted.

The bus service to the Magic Kingdom was running this morning, which we were happy to take advantage of. Buses are no longer running from the Transportation and Ticket Center to the Magic Kingdom every morning, but instead are running only on busier days. The Monorail and the Ferry are still available to take guests to the park.

Inside the park, we saw that significant work had been done on the repaving in Tomorrowland. Large sections of this iconic gear pavement had been removed and replaced with plain concrete, and other sections had been scored for future removal. Nearby at the exit of Buzz Lightyear Space Ranger Spin, this wall which recently underwent refurbishment has been repainted blue.

The shield sign at Dumbo the Flying Elephant has had the mismatched paint patch covered in matching gold paint. The sign has been restored to it’s former luster.

Additional electrical elements have been installed on the illuminated canopy of TRON Lightcycle / Run. Electrical conduits, junction boxes, and light panels could be seen mounted on the massive framework. For more pictures and information, check out our article here.

Three quarters of the blue painters tape has been removed from the giraffe car in Casey Jr.’s Splash ‘N’ Soak Station.

The trim was painted bronze on the elephant car.

The last three remaining Sorcerers of the Magic Kingdom medallions have been removed, leaving only the portals behind with no markers. For more pictures and information, check out our article here.

As we found in EPCOT yesterday, all of the trash cans in the Magic Kingdom have been returned to their pre-COVID state with closed swinging doors. For more pictures and information, check out our article here.

We found Agrabah Bazaar open today for the first time in a long while. This area has been changed into a standing table area for guests to enjoy their refreshments in the shade.

We found some fun new merchandise today, starting with this “The Mandalorian” PVC diorama, which is available at The Emporium for $54.99.

Next, we found an addition to the Rainbow Disney Collection with this ceramic Mickey ornament, available at Ye Olde Christmas Shoppe for $17.99.

We then found a collection of Mousewares items, starting with this nesting bowl set featuring classic characters available for $34.99.

This cream and sugar set would match the Mickey tea pot perfectly! This set retails for $29.99.

Lastly, we found these ceramic character canisters, each retailing for $34.99. All of these new Mousewares items are available at The Emporium.
