Last month, it was announced that “A Celebration of Festival of the Lion King” will debut in mid-May at Disney’s Animal Kingdom. Preparations for a distanced queue are now underway for the modified return of the stage show at the Harambe Theatre.
Cast Members were seen measuring and setting up physical distancing stickers in the queue outside of the Harambe Theatre.
The queue had been used for other attractions, such as Avatar Flight of Passage and Kilimanjaro Safaris, but now the queue markers are being altered to be used just for the returning show.
Equipped with tape measures, the Cast Members ensure that they follow the proper physical distancing guidelines in place by the Walt Disney World Resort.
The stage show will be a modified version of the fan-favorite “Festival of the Lion King”.
