Disney’s Hotel New York — The Art of Marvel opens June 21 at Disneyland Paris. The hotel closed in 2018 for a renovation that added Marvel theming. Now that Disneyland Paris has reopened, the hotel can welcome its first guests. Disneyland Paris has provided a closer look at the hotel’s merchandise, dining, lounges, and Marvel artwork.
New York Boutique
The hotel’s store features a variety of unique merchandise.
New York Boutique offers items for all ages.
This display features Groot and Rocket.
The store offers clothing, hats, and backpacks… everything Earth’s Mightiest Heroes need.
A new Avengers sweatshirt borrows design elements from the time travel suits worn in Avengers: Endgame.
Housewares items are also available.
New York Boutique stocks a variety of graphic novels and other Marvel books.
The Disney’s Hotel New York — The Art of Marvel lobby features three Iron Man armors.
Each Iron Man armor has been made into a collectible figure. The arc reactors light up.
A limited edition key is also available. Only 2,020 will be sold.
Numerous collectible items are available, including additional figures and artwork.
This reproduction of the concierge desk artwork is also available. It is printed on aluminum and includes a magnet for hanging.
A print of the Spider-Man artwork used in guest rooms is also available. It is a limited edition of 350.
Manhattan Restaurant
The Manhattan Restaurant dining room features an impressive Asgardian chandelier.
We previously shared the menus for both Manhattan Restaurant and Downtown Restaurant. Now we get a first look at some of the dishes.
Chef Massimo is shown preparing suckling pig in pancetta.
A ricotta-based dessert with strawberries and a Black Widow cookie is available.
Downtown Restaurant
Downtown Restaurant is a buffet. It features cuisine from different areas of New York City.
Pizzas and appetizers are prepared in the large pizza oven.
Some dishes are prepared by the chefs, plated, and placed on the buffet.
Traditional American fare is also available, including hamburgers, chicken wings, and ribs.
This dessert plate has a cookie baby Groot planted in a dish of chocolate mousse.
Marvel art is displayed on the walls.
Skyline Bar
Skyline Bar features “windows” looking over the New York skyline.
As the day progresses, the skyline changes.
The seating areas feature black and white design elements and unique lighting fixtures.
Bleecker Street Lounge
The Bleecker Street Lounge uses an industrial design, with brick columns and exposed ducts.
A levitating cocktail was mentioned, but not shown. Bleecker Street Lounge will feature organic wines, craft beers, and other local ingredients.
Marvel Art
The hotel has over 350 unique pieces of art.
The largest piece of art is the illuminated comic book that greets guests as they enter the lobby.
Styles vary from traditional comic book art to graffiti.
The artists worked to create pieces that represent each character.
The lobby’s columns have engraved metal panels. Each panel took 50 hours to engrave.
The Hero Training Zone is also a work of art. The court features many iconic Marvel images.
The rooms and suites also have Marvel art on display.
