PHOTO REPORT: EPCOT & Disney Springs 6/1/21 (Scaffolding Removed From Breezeway, New Designer Collection Darth Vader Ears, Rainbow Desserts Arrive For Pride Month, and More)
Hello from breezy and beautiful day at Walt Disney World! It was a quiet day for us here, but we still found some things to show you, especially with today being the start of Pride Month. We started at EPCOT, and checked in on some construction projects. Let’s get started!
We found the scaffolding had been almost completely removed from the breezeway at the future locations of Creations Shop and Club Cool.
From the other side of the building, we could see that tarps were covering the windows as crews worked on the support columns in between them. The awning above the door is also being roughed out in wood. For more pictures and information, check out our article here.
Although the updates to this area were significant, they were the only construction updates for today, so we turned our attention to merchandise. First, we found this new keychain set featuring Stitch and Angel.
It is available at Mouse Gear for $14.99.
We also found this new “My First Pin Set” starter set at Mouse Gear for $32.99.
Next, we found this “Best Disney Mom Ever” Alex and Ani bracelet at Mouse Gear for $44.99.
Our favorite merchandise find of the day were these new Designer Collection Darth Vader ears by Ashley Eckstein. For more pictures and information, check out our article here.
We found two new desserts at EPCOT in honor of Pride Month, starting with this Mickey Rainbow Dome Cake available at Sunshine Seasons in The Land Pavilion. For more pictures and information, including our full review, check out our article here.
Next, we found this picture-worthy Rainbow Cake at Kringla Bakeri. For more pictures and information, including our full review of this technicolor beauty, check out our article here.
After finishing up at EPCOT, we headed to Disney Springs, where we found banners and Instagram photo walls in place for “Share Your Pride” in honor of Pride Month.
We also found two more treats in honor of Pride Month, starting with this delicious Paradise Pride Pastry from Amorette’s Patisserie. For more pictures and information, including our full review, check out our article here.
Last but not least, we found this Pride Donut at Everglazed, feauturing a rainbow gummy on top. For more pictures and information, including our full review, check out our article here.
We had a wonderful time at Walt Disney World today, and we hope you enjoyed coming along with us. Have a magical day!
