They can’t stop to try to squeeze Money out of their guests recently (I guess we ca say clients now) – When you already pay $700 per night and you have to pay 75 bucks to hang out at the pool…another great idea

We plan to stay at the Polynesian in April. Thanks for the information. We will look for the chairs that are complementary. We only use them to hold our towels or sit to drip dry.

Wow – talk about pretentious. There’s not that much seating in the area as it is and now this is blocked off for the day? This is bad optics, Disney. Go raise the price of sodas by a nickel and make the money elsewhere

Is anyone else kind of tired of needing to pay for basic things like pool chairs? What happened to being treated like a guest at a resort. How about having enough chairs. Like so many that no one would want to pay for them.

I love Disney and the Polynesian Village is my favorite accommodation. Might have to rethink where to travel after this bonehead decision by Disney.

Another attempt by Disney to suck every last penny out of their guests
