We recently shared that the beloved gear on the pathway to Tomorrowland had been scored to be removed, and our most recent update confirmed it is almost completely gone from the bridge in the last few steps of the pavement’s refurbishment.

Previously, scoring was across the entire underpass of the Tomorrowland sign stretching across the gear from one corner to the other.

The upper right corner walking towards Tomorrowland from the hub displays one of the final quarters of the scored gear spokes.

Parts of the pathway that have been replaced have since been repaved with dark and light gray concrete.

The lower part of the gear piece also remains just before the pathway changes colors heading into the hub.

The leftover broken gear pieces look slightly out of place with the new walkway.

This “Pardon Our Dust” sign has moved around the walkway several times during the construction process.

The pathway leading into Tomorrowland in this refurbishment has been completed with the same dark and light gray concrete for a streamlined look.
