Trader Sam’s Grog Grotto has reopened at Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort. Along with the regular menu items, the signature watering hole also offers a secret menu. The Heart of Polynesia is the latest secret drink.
Heart of Polynesia — $15
Coruba, Bacardi, Blue Curaçao, cream of banana, orange, and pineapple
The Heart of Polynesia reminds us of the Polynesian Pearl mixed with the Tiki Tiki Tiki Tiki Tiki Rum.
It has a strong, but sweet, coconut flavor with a splash of rum, despite the ingredient list.
It is garnished with a flower and a pineapple wedge. A glow cube completes the presentation. This is a nice drink that we can easily recommend.
