EPCOT’s newest ride, Remy’s Ratatouille Adventure, is set to open on October 1 to coincide with Walt Disney World’s 50th anniversary. But as the ride is basically ready today, Disney is taking its time for extended previews for various groups. We’ve already heard that Disney Vacation Club Members will have special preview days, as will Annual Passholders. And now we have specific dates on when Cast Members will get their turn to visit Chef Remy’s Parisian kitchen.

From August 19 to September 2, Cast Members are invited to come experience the new ride in the France Pavilion. This is earlier than the AP previews which begin on September 4, and earlier than the DVC previews which begin September 5. Club 33 members are getting their first look on 9/3.
