Even Disney can’t fight the weather. Last night’s Disney After Hours Boo Bash was affected by inclement weather, an unavoidable possibility during Florida’s summer season. Attendees received an email from Disney after the cancellation of the night’s entertainment offerings.

As is standard procedure, hard-ticketed event admissions are automatically converted into one-day-one-park tickets for the theme park of the guest’s choice. The ticket is valid for one year from the event date, meaning that if this is the last day of a guest’s visit to Walt Disney World, they are not pressured to extend their trip and cancel travel arrangements lest they lose the ticket.
That is the automatic process, but for guests who are available on another night of the event, Disney will reschedule their event ticket to another party night upon request, as ticket availability allows. As of the publishing of this article, tickets for Disney After Hours Boo Bash are only available for September 12.

so, how does this work for annual passholders who already have admission to any park?
Exactly. I do not need a day pass to any park. Hey Disney, you need another option for annual passholders.
I was there. All the rides eventually opened but it was miserable and raining the entire time. It was the last day of our trip.
They just couldn’t throw in park hopper for one day could they??
