If you’ve been craving a bite from Kusafiri Coffee Shop and Bakery at Disney’s Animal Kingdom, you’re in luck! The counter-service eatery will reopen to guests beginning Sunday, August 29th.
When it reopens, it’ll offer several new items inspired by the flavors of Africa.
Included in the new menu are:
- Spiced Potato Hand Pies – Vegetables and potatoes wrapped in pastry served with harissa aïoli and coriander chutney
- Marinated Chicken Flatbread Sandwich – Marinated chicken topped with cucumber–tomato salad, tahini sauce, and greens served with house-made chips
- Red Chili Hot Dog – Spicy hot dog topped with cucumber–tomato salad and harissa aïoli served with house-made chips
In addition, Disney has released a first look at the new menu items coming to Dockside Diner when it reopens August 22nd at Disney’s Hollywood Studios. Above, you can see (clockwise from top left) the smoked fish dip served with chips, carrots, celery, pickles, and jalapenos; the shrimp salad roll served with chips; the Blue Sea Margarita made with Tequila, blue Curaçao, and sweet-and-sour; as well as the Seaside Brownie topped with white chocolate ganache and seaside-themed garnish.
