PHOTOS: Living With the Land Fails to Open for Two Days at EPCOT

Living With the Land, part of The Land Pavilion at EPCOT, has failed to open for two days in a row. It is not currently scheduled for a refurbishment or planned closure.

Cast Members are stationed outside the attraction to notify guests of the closure and direct them to other experiences.

In addition to the surprise closure this weekend, the attraction was experiencing intermittent downtime during the week. Normally, attraction downtime is not unusual, but in this case, it may be an indication of an operational issue.

While the My Disney Experience app lists the ride as “Temporarily Closed,” the Walt Disney World website still lists operating hours for Living With the Land. However, it did not open during its scheduled hours on both August 21 and 22.

Hopefully, Living With the Land reopens soon, as many fans will miss this classic attraction. Cast Members said the ride will be closed at least through Monday, August 23, with hopes to reopen on Tuesday, the 24.
