The 2021 EPCOT International Food & Wine Festival has been running since July 15, but some of the booths weren’t scheduled to open until October 1. However, several have opened early, so we stopped by today!

- Charcuterie with imported Spanish Meats, Cheeses and Olives with an Herb Vinaigrette – $6.50
- Spanish-style Paella with Chorizo, Shrimp, and Rice – $5.50
- Seafood Salad with Shrimp, Bay Callops, Mussels, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, White Balsamic Vinegar, and Smoked Paprika – $6.25
