Tokyo Disney Resort Reveals 2022-23 Ambassador Mika Ogasawara

Every couple of years, Disney resorts around the world announce their new Ambassadors, the special person or people who will represent their resort and its guests and Cast Members for two years. So far, we’ve already met the team of ambassadors for Walt Disney World and Disneyland Paris; now, the Oriental Land Company has revealed their choice to represent the Tokyo Disney Resort — Mika Ogasawara!

Mika Ogasawara was chosen out of 200 applicants and four elimination rounds to become the resort’s next ambassador. She will represent Tokyo Disney Resort in Japan and worldwide in public relations and goodwill activities from January 1, 2022, through December 31, 2023.

Ms. Ogasawara speaks English, based on her Cast Member nametag, and will begin her role as ambassador after three months of training. She will replace outgoing ambassador Ayumi Noguchi, who has represented Tokyo Disney Resort since January 1, 2019.
