Caro-Seuss-el at Universal’s Islands of Adventure closed for refurbishment in early August. Since then, the ride has been surrounded by construction walls and scrims, obscuring work from view. We can see through some of the scrim and noticed sections of pink roofing broken along the edge.
The broken roofing can be seen through the grey scrim and scaffolding above the pink construction walls.
It appears the edge of the roofing was purposefully broken off all the way around the carousel.
