Columbia Harbour House has added new attraction-themed menu items. We have already reviewed The Haunted Mansion menu items. Now the Magic Kingdom quick service location has a salad themed to The Hall of Presidents.
“Hail to the Leaf!” Salad — $11.99
Mixed Greens with Apples, Cheddar, Dried Cranberries, and Apple Vinaigrette topped with Chicken Strips
The greens are nice and fresh. We like the juicy bites added by the diced apple.
The sweet cranberries work very well with the apple vinaigrette.
This is a fine option, but we are not sure why chicken strips are included. The salad could stand on its own without.
