The 50th Anniversary of Walt Disney World is finally here, and we’ve been working our way through the more than 150 celebratory food and beverages for the occasion. Over at Dino-Bite Snacks in Disney’s Animal Kingdom, we tried the 50th Celebration Ice Cream Sandwich.

Wow, this almost takes the cake for best dessert at Disney’s Animal Kingdom (right behind the dome cake). This ice cream sandwich is delicious! A very generous serving of classic vanilla ice cream with a delicious chocolate cookie. This double chocolate cookie is amazing; it’s super chocolatey but not overwhelming. It’s on the sweeter side of chocolates instead of richer, which is perfect for this dish! Altogether this is a great sweet treat for anyone cruising through DinoLand U.S.A.
