Guests purchasing Genie+ and individual Lightning Lane selections at Walt Disney World today will notice that the listed price for each service is before added tax.
Tax is added at the very end of the process. For example, 98 cents in tax was added to our $15 Star Wars: Rise of the Resistance individual Lightning Lane selection. 65 cents would be added to a $10 Lightning Lane selection.
Not all countries or U.S.A. states have tax on digital items, so it’s something to keep in mind when visiting.
