The Gingerbread-Almond Cake Pop is a sizable piece of gingerbread-almond cake coated in white chocolate and topped with a chocolate Minnie bow.

This cake pop is hefty… it’s surprisingly heavy when you pick it up.

The pop is beautifully decorated with red icing accenting the bow.

The pop is generously coated in white chocolate, which is mild and sweet.

The cake inside was slightly dry, but that’s not too surprising given that it’s gingerbread. We did expect it to be slightly moister like confectionery ones.

The slight dryness aside, the cake itself is very good. The ginger is prevalent, although we couldn’t taste the almond flavor.

Overall this is an excellent treat, and one that represents a particularly good value considering the portion size.

Other sweet treats found at the event include the Ginger Apple Funnel Cake and the Orange Bird Churro.
