Yesterday, we reported that due to a small fire in the attic of the Yoshi’s Adventure attraction in the brand-new Super Nintendo World area of Universal Studios Japan, the entire land was closed on November 24th for inspection by fire and police departments as well as by park officials. Today we have an update, as Super Nintendo World will reopen to Guests on November 25th, but with a small change.

Universal Studios Japan announced via Twitter just now that Super Nintendo Worldw ill reopen tomorrow, November 25th. However, there’s a catch—Yoshi’s Adventure will remain closed until further notice.

Yoshi’s Adventure opened with the land on March 18th, and has already faced problems including reliability issues and figures falling onto the ride path just months after opening. The fire and indefinite closure is the latest issue to plague the attraction.
