Leaning Palms at Typhoon Lagoon Adding Four New Plant-Based Options Upon Reopening

Over the past few years, the Walt Disney World Resort has gone to great lengths to add plant-based vegetarian and/or vegan options to menus resort-wide, and guests visiting Typhoon Lagoon when it reopens on January 2 will have a few more options to choose from at Leaning Palms, one of the water park’s counter-service outlets.

The four offerings are as follows, according to the Walt Disney World Website:

  • Impossibleâ„¢ Island Burger – Impossibleâ„¢ Burger with Sriracha Mayonnaise, Pineapple Relish, Lettuce and Tomato served on a Brioche Roll, $12.29
  • Roasted Tofu Rice Bowl – Jerk-roasted Tofu with Pigeon Pea Rice, Roasted Corn, Pepper, Pineapple Salsa and Sweet Plantains, $10.49
  • Crabless Crab Cakes – Crab Cakes topped with Mango Chutney served with French Fries and Cilantro-Lime Slaw, $12.49
  • Caribbean-spiced Salad – Mixed Greens, Mandarin Oranges, Dried Tropical Fruit, Cucumber and Tomato with a Pineapple-Mango Vinaigrette Dressing, $11.99
