The picture on the PhotoPass sign in the UK Pavilion of EPCOT has been changed to show a same-sex couple.

This PhotoPass spot is located to the side of the tea shop, where guests could previously meet Alice (she currently appears at a distance nearby).

The picture shows an example of what guest photos look like in this spot.

The new picture features two men with their arms around each other smiling. This is one of many recent examples of Walt Disney World including more diversity in their attractions and advertising. Last year, two men holding hands were featured on the front of a Disney’s Hollywood Studios map.

Above is what the previous example picture looked like, featuring a Black family. The new picture is actually more reflective of the exact location of the photo spot, as the previous picture shows the family in the walkway in front of the tea shop.

    • What percentage of guests does this appeal to? And why wasn’t Disney way ahead of the curve by having these 15 years ago if they really cared about diversity…Easy to jump on the train. This should solve many problems in the world.
