TRON Lightcycle / Run construction speeds along at the Magic Kingdom. Crews work to get the attraction up and running, even though it may not open for another full year. It has been a few days since we last checked in on the construction site, so let’s Rez into The Grid and see how it’s coming along.

The walkway that will lead guests from Tomorrowland into the entrance of the attraction is currently being paved. A wooden temporary safety fence lines the walkway.

And at the base of the walkway ramp, there is a small cement structure.

The entrance archway is also taking shape.

The supports for the archway and the overall canopy are still uncovered and unfinished, with only the steel supports erected thus far.

  1. I feel like the glorious robotic bean counter is pushing this to spite you. Keep pushing them, their only recourse is to do thing faster and do some maintenance finally and try to “prove you guys wrong” about them. Keep up the fine reporting.
