While Vibrante & Vívido made an appearance at last year’s EPCOT International Festival of the Arts, this year it returns with a new flair. The food studio is now themed around Disney’s latest animated film, “Encanto,” and we’re incredibly excited to see the art surrounding this booth and try the new dishes.
The booth features art in the style of Mirabel’s drawings and embroidery.
Informational displays share details about the film as well as Colombian culture and cuisine.

*NEW* House-Made Chorizo and Potato Empanada with Turmeric Aïoli and Annatto Aïoli – $6.50
This is best savory dish of the event. It is a massive portion, stuffed full of well cooked potatoes and chorizo. The sauces add a spicy kick that is not too intense for any palate. An EPCOT snack that can be truly filling. Highly recommended.
*NEW* Spicy Ajiaco Soup with Guajillo and Árbol Chili-Spiced Chicken, Potato, Avocado, Corn, and Crème Fraîche – $6.25
Another dish with a great portion size for the price point. The soup has many different flavors with the right level of a spicy, flavorful kick. The chicken is tender. The only problem we had was the potatoes were slightly undercooked.
Passion Fruit Mousse with Dragon Fruit Jam – $5.00
Very tart, but quite good. Those who like a fruity dessert will want to stop for this sizable and photogenic treat. The white chocolate medallion on top features art inspired by Mirabel from “Encanto.”
Coconut and Passion Fruit Smoothie (Non-Alcoholic) – $4.75
This is passion fruit-forward with a hint of coconut. There are coconut shavings in it. It might be worth it just for the cute souvenir cup.
Frozen Piña Colada – $13.00
This is a nice drink for a warm day. It’s your standard piña colada, but sometimes that’s all you want.
Passion Fruit Daiquiri – $14.00
This tastes like the POG juice at many Walt Disney World restaurants. We couldn’t taste the alcohol at all. We wouldn’t recommend this.
