UPDATE: As of 11:30 a.m., Kilimanjaro Safaris is now up and running, after a vehicle reportedly got stuck, with a 30-minute wait time.

UPDATE: As of 11:20 a.m., we were told the attraction is temporarily closed due to one of the vehicles getting stuck.

Kilimanjaro Safaris failed to open with Disney’s Animal Kingdom today. We were told by Cast Members that it may be because it is just a little too cold outside today for some of the animals.

The attraction is listed as “Temporarily Closed” on the My Disney Experience app.

Cast Members are currently standing at the front of the attraction. No wait time is listed.

We hope it will warm up for our animal friends soon!
