UPDATE 11:45 a.m.: Rock ‘n’ Roller Coaster Starring Aerosmith is now open with a 120 minute wait at the time of publication.
The saga of Rock ‘n’ Roller Coaster’s operational issues continues today as the ride failed to open this morning at Disney’s Hollywood Studios.
The coaster has become infamous lately for its on-again-off-again nature. It has been open since January 9 after closures on December 29, 30, and most of the 31, as well as January 1, 3, 4, 5, & 8.
As of 10:35 a.m., the ride has yet to open but could possibly reopen later today.

Can the state of Florida force them to do ride maintenance? It seems like (since reopening) they don’t care much for spending money on ride maintenance. They spent a ton of money on the Star Trek fake cruise (that everybody is canceling reservations on). They saw pictures of it and noticed that it looked like it was designed by people who have never seen a Star Wars movie. Bob’s priorities for safety and having attractions open are just not there. The food is bad and overpriced. Merchandise is very low quality. Get with it, Bob!
