Earlier tonight, Imagineer Zach Riddley announced that a new Pocahontas-themed Beacons of Magic show would debut on Spaceship Earth tonight for the International Flower & Garden Festival. We caught the first show to share it with you here.
The features “Colors of the Wind” from “Pocahontas.” According to Riddley, it will also mark the first time Spaceship Earth will be lit in earth tones.

The show starts with warm white lights slowly lighting up Spaceship Earth.
The lights move in a way that invokes wind.
As the familiar tune of “Colors of the Wind” picks up, the beacon becomes purple.
The instrumental song begins to crescendo as Spaceship Earth divides into green and blue colored lights.
