It’s springtime at Disney’s Hollywood Studios, which means new spring snacks. Rosie’s All-American Café is serving up a new s’more cupcake.
S’more Cupcake – $5.99
Fudge-filled Chocolate Cupcake topped with Graham Cracker Buttercream, Toasted Marshmallows, and Mini Chocolate Bar
The cake is moist and light.
The fudge filling adds a nice surprise when you bite into the cupcake.
The graham cracker buttercream is interesting. It has ground-up pieces of cracker in it. It’s very sweet.
There are three mini marshmallows, and a block of a chocolate bar on top finished with a chocolate syrup drizzle. These are more for decoration than for taste.
This is really a basic Disney cupcake, but it’s nicely executed. It makes for cute photos and a good treat.
