The arrival of Easter weekend is bursting with surprises. We spotted Mr. and Mrs. Easter Bunny at the Magic Kingdom, enjoyed a unique pineapple-filled carrot cupcake, and now, the delicious marshmallow soft serve has returned to Pineapple Lanai at Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort.

The pastel pink ice cream is surprisingly pleasing. The marshmallow flavor is present but not overwhelmingly sweet.

Easter-themed sprinkles adorn the perfect spiral top. The brightly colored eggs, bunnies, and chicks are adorable and delicious.

The ice cream sparkles with edible glitter, completing the perfect presentation. You’ll want to grab some photos before it melts, but luckily, the Polynesian offers tons of picturesque backgrounds.

We did not expect to like this unique flavor, but it was a fantastic combination of delicious and adorable. Though Pineapple Lanai is known for its Dole Whip treats, we would come here for this again.
