The Vault Collection at Walt Disney World celebrates the opening day and previous anniversaries of Walt Disney World. A “tencennial” 10th anniversary tee, Mickey and friends shirt, and Mickey and Minnie shorts have joined the collection
Tencennial Tee – $39.99
The tee is dark blue, with a shiny version of Cinderella Castle and the Walt Disney World logo on the front.
Behind the castle is the number 10 made out of shiny silver, pink, red, and orange stripes.
Walt Disney World celebrated their 10th anniversary in 1981 with a tencennial parade.
Mickey & Minnie Shorts – $36.99
These shorts are heather grey with a dark blue waistband and green drawstring.
The pockets are also outlined in green. Minnie and Mickey are pictured on one leg.
The other leg has “Walt Disney World” and “71” printed in red.
Mickey and Friends Tee – $36.99
This shirt matches the shorts, with Mickey, Minnie, Donald, and Goofy pictured in a retro style.
The gang’s all here on the front pocket, with the Walt Disney World logo.
One sleeve reads “Oct. 1971.” It also features the castle and “Walt Disney World.”
Mickey and Minnie are on the other sleeve.
These were in Island Mercantile at Disney’s Animal Kingdom.

With 10, 15, and 25, we celebrated a birthday. Today we are celebrating an anniversary. Who got married? I was present for 10 and 15, and my parents went for the 25th which included turning the castle into a birthday cake. I liked seeing the 10 merch. Memory lane of course. I have enjoyed seeing the vault merch. I added a reproduction of the 1971 map to my collection. Love the Magic Kingdom because we are the same age.
