Mariachi Cobre Band Director Featured on New USPS Postage Stamp

Mariachi Cobre, the mariachi band that can be often found in the Mexico pavilion at EPCOT, had its director honored by the United States Postal Service with his likeness on a postage stamp.

Steve Carillo, the director of Mariachi Cobre, is featured on the new USPS mariachi stamp.

The stamp features a mariachi band trumpeter, playing in traditional garb under a bright sun.

  1. Yes!!!
When I visit the Disneyworld Parks, I always check which days the Mariachi will be performing at Epcot before making my plans. They are simply the most joyful, wonderful, talented musicians around!

  2. Love, love, LOVE Mariachi Cobre! Listen to them in EPCOT every chance I get, and I downloaded their music from iTunes.

So glad to see Steve recognized.
