Spicy Fried Chicken topped with Pickle Slaw and Sonny Eclipse Rocket Aioli on a Brioche Bun with choice of side.
The Rocket Hot Chicken Sandwich is absolutely fantastic, and our new favorite quick service entree.
The chicken is thick, and juicy. It has the perfect crispy outside, and is moist on the inside. The chicken breast has been brined, which helps the chicken to retain its moisture and adds more flavoring.
The Sonny Eclipse Aioli adds a little spice, and does not over power the sandwich. Now we know what Sonny Eclipse has been up to on his vacation.
The pickle slaw was a standard slaw. It did not add anything to the sandwich, and can be easily scrapped off. A larger, and Santa Mickey branded, version of this sandwich was served at Cosmic Ray’s Starlight Cafe back in November of 2020. It is pictured below.
We can really notice how portion sizes have gone down.

That santa mickey sandwich was great! I miss it. The chicken sandwich at creations in epcot was good when i tried it back in May. This will be added to my “try list” if we are able to go back in march.
