- The Brown Derby Hat Shop in Universal Studios Florida has reopened as a limited-time prop shop, replacing the Williams of Hollywood Prop Shop that permanently closed this summer.
- Channel the forest scent from E.T. Adventure with a new candle, room spray, and wax melts available at Universal Orlando Resort.
- A new arcade has opened inside the MIB Gear shop (at the exit of Men in Black Alien Attack).
- Concrete has now been added to the entrance façade of the upcoming Minions Villain-Con attraction in Universal Studios Florida.
Universal’s Islands of Adventure
- New “Harry Potter” sweets themed merchandise has arrived, including kitchenware, apparel, accessories, and more.
- Pteranodon Flyers in Universal’s Islands of Adventure will reopen on December 25, Christmas day.
- Based on the phase of work we spotted this week, it looks like maybe Dudley-Do-Right’s Ripsaw Falls is nearly ready for guests to plunge once more.
- A new cityscape background is available at the Spider-Man meet and greet inside the Marvel Alternaverse Store.
- New chairs and foliage-themed tables have appeared in the seating areas over at The Burger Digs in Universal’s Islands of Adventure.
Universal Orlando Resort Hotels
- After a few months of construction, the new Shakes Malt Shoppe has opened in the lobby of Universal’s Cabana Bay Beach Resort.
Universal Orlando CityWalk
- After nearly nine months since its last sighting, it looks like the welcome sign may finally return to CityWalk at Universal Orlando Resort!
- The holly, jolly Green & Red Coconut Club is a popular weekend hangout for those getting in the seasonal spirit, and just in time for the holidays, a residency by the vocal group The American Sirens has been announced!
Universal Studios Hollywood
- We visited Universal Studios Hollywood to try the brand new Super Nintendo World Fruity Cream Sodas at the popcorn, drinks, and snacks stand next to the Character Shop.
- Mushroom sippers and a light up Super Star popcorn bucket have also arrived.
- Four new character mugs are available at the Super Nintendo World store at Universal CityWalk Hollywood.
- The highly anticipated Super Nintendo World will open at Universal Studios Hollywood on February 17, 2023.
- After announcing the Super Nintendo World opening date, Universal Studios Hollywood has shared more details about the upcoming land.
- A sign with the opening date of Super Nintendo World in Universal Studios Hollywood has been added to the land’s entrance.
- Universal Studios Hollywood Passholders will be able to preview Super Nintendo World before it officially opens.
