The 2023 EPCOT International Festival of the Arts began yesterday and we loved Vibrante & Vívido: Encanto Cocina. To our surprise and delight, the “Encanto”-themed food studio debuted a special breakfast menu this morning featuring a breakfast empanada and coffee. Breakfast is available until 10:30 a.m. each morning.

- Breakfast Empanada with Ham, Egg, and Cheese – $6.75
Beverages:
- Breakfast Coffee with Mocha, Milk, and Sweetener – $3.75

Breakfast Empanada – $6.75
This ham, egg, and cheese empanada is delicious.
The pastry is the same kind that you get with the chorizo, which is a fan favorite.
It’s served warm, which is exactly what we needed on a chilly morning. The eggs are scrambled and soft. The ham and cheese really enhance the empanada.
It’s basically a breakfast sandwich in an empanada. We would definitely recommend trying this for breakfast.
Breakfast Coffee – $3.75
This coffee is sweet and delicious. It is premixed so if you do not like milk and sweetener in your coffee, this is not for you. The coffee pairs great with the breakfast empanada. It’s hot and the flavor of the mocha is delicious. If you like flavored coffee, this is for you.

The 2023 EPCOT International Festival of the Arts is running from January 13 to February 20, 2023.
“Encanto” may be one of our favorite Disney movies in recent history, and Vibrante & Vívido: Encanto Cocina may be one of our favorite food booths from any EPCOT festival. We highly recommend making a stop here during your visit to EPCOT.
