EPCOT Monorail Loses Power, Strands Guests for Over an Hour Before Manual Extraction

The EPCOT Monorail lost power this morning, stranding guests for over an hour, and has been towed to the station.

Instagram user Graham Hall @insta_graham_132  sent in some photos of the monorail. As you can see above, the towing equipment is attached to the monorail to bring it back to the station.

According to Graham, the monorail was stuck for over an hour and was just now towed to the EPCOT Monorail Station. They were instructed to wait for the doors to be manually opened so they can disembark.

The stranded guests are being given two $25 Disney gift cards and a park ticket. They have also been given free water.
