Roundup Rodeo BBQ at Disney’s Hollywood Studios was closed today, May 16, and guests were sent to other restaurants in the park. As of May 17, the restaurant has reopened for business.

The unexpected closure was reportedly due to an issue with the kitchen. Guests with reservations for Roundup Rodeo BBQ were told they could go to any other Disney’s Hollywood Studios restaurant except Sci-Fi Dine-In.
As of May 17, the restaurant as reopened for business and operating regularly.
Roundup Rodeo BBQ is a relatively new Walt Disney World table-service restaurant in Toy Story Land. It has a family-style menu and is $45 for adults, $25 for children.

Toy Story Land
Versions of Toy Story Land (or Toy Story Playland) exist at Disney’s Hollywood Studios, Walt Disney Studios Park, Hong Kong Disneyland, and Shanghai Disneyland.
Toy Story Playland in Disneyland Paris was originally part of Toon Studio and opened in 2010. The Hong Kong Disneyland version followed in 2011 and then the Shanghai Disneyland version in 2018. In the same year, Toy Story Land opened at Disney’s Hollywood Studios.
The three original Toy Story Lands all include variations on the caterpillar ride Slinky Dog Spin and the RC Racer (Rex’s Racer in Shanghai) roller-coaster. Toy Soldiers Parachute Drop is at Walt Disney Studios Park and Hong Kong Disneyland, while Woody’s Round-Up is in Shanghai Disneyland.
The Toy Story Land attractions in Disney’s Hollywood Studios include Toy Story Mania!, which originally opened as part of Pixar Place in 2008. The entrance was later moved to be in Toy Story Land. Unique to the land are Slinky Dog Dash, a family roller-coaster, and Alien Swirling Saucers, a spinning ride.
Character meet and greets include Buzz Lightyear, Woody, and Jessie. The Green Army Men Drum Corps also performs.
The land opened with Woody’s Lunch Box, a quick-service restaurant with limited seating. Roundup Rodeo BBQ followed in early 2023.
